Take your choice of 2 cottages nestled on the edge of a secluded cove and surrounded by ten beautifully wooded acres. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, seaside BBQ's, hiking along the creek or up to the bluff and kayaking from your front door!
Directly on the water's edge, The Boathouse cottage is an ideal romantic getaway for two or a serene hideaway for one. From this spacious studio, enjoy the gentle waves lapping below the deck, unobstructed and unsurpassed ocean views and total peace and privacy. This cottage sleeps up to 4 guests with a comfortable queen bed and a queen-size futon.
Bring your family to Falling Creek Cottage, just steps from the edge of the cove. This 3-bedroom cottage sleeps up to 6 guests with 2 queen beds and a set of bunks. Dine on the deck, by the campfire or indoors overlooking the Georgia Strait.
For larger groups, we can accommodate up to 10 guests between both cottages.
Both cottages provide fabulous views and all the amenities: bedding and linens, fully equipped kitchens, fresh drinking water, gas BBQ grills, wood-burning stoves & firewood, satellite TV, DVD players, VCR's, games, books, movies, etc.
There is also a small rowboat, oars and life jackets to use for paddling around the cove or to the outlying islands.
Sunset Cove is a wonderfully central location for exploring all points on the Sunshine Coast. A short drive in either direction on the Sunshine Coast Hwy. brings you to stunning hiking & biking trails, parks, lakes, villages, museums and galleries. Or explore by water! Bring your boat, canoe or kayak and use Sunset Cove as your adventure home-base.
