Kootenay National Park British Columbia Spectacular Mountain Lodge & Cabins! Today's comforts - Yesterday's Hospitality! Rustic, cozy log cabins with fireplaces, acclaimed dining, a gift and snack shop and an information centre. We are located in the centre of the park, along Highway 93 South, at Vermilion Crossing and are the only development for many miles (or kilometers). Banff, Lake Louise and Radium Hot Springs are all an easy 45 minute drive from the Lodge. Several world class hiking trails and great fishing spots are close by. Simple. Authentic. Elegant. Affordable. You’ll feel that you have stepped back in time walking among our historic buildings and experiencing our friendly service. We don’t have cell phone service or television/cable reception but we do have beautiful scenery and loads of wildlife.
